The brand was founded in 1998, then refounded in 2005^[7] by Min-Liang Tan and Robert "RazerGuy" Krakoff, although the business originated in 1999 in the US. It is dual headquartered in the one-north subzone of Queenstown, Singapore, and Irvine, California, US.^[8]
